Operational Guidelines
Welcome to Beneclient. By initiating a sequence, accessing our nodes, or utilizing our infrastructure-as-a-service, you agree to be bound by the operational framework outlined in this Terms Protocol. If you do not agree to these terms, you must disconnect from our systems immediately.
These terms govern your access to the Beneclient ecosystem. "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to the Beneclient entity. "You" or "Client" refers to the verified individual or institution engaging our extraction systems. Agreement is considered executed upon your first digital handshake or infrastructure deployment.
Beneclient provides intent extraction, detection, and routing sequences. We deliver infrastructure, not manual labor. As such:
To maintain active node access, you must adhere to the following operational standards:
The code, algorithms, visual frameworks (including this neo-brutalist architecture), and routing logic underlying Beneclient are our exclusive intellectual property. You are granted a limited, revocable license to utilize the output of our sequences. You may not reverse-engineer, duplicate, or redistribute our internal protocols.
Beneclient operates as an advanced routing bridge. We are not liable for the outcome of the handshakes we facilitate. In no event shall Beneclient, its directors, or its engineers be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from lost revenue, server downtime, or unclosed prospects. Our total liability is strictly capped at the infrastructure fee paid by you in the prior operational quarter.
We retain the absolute right to sever your connection to our nodes at any time, with or without cause, if we detect a breach of this protocol or a misalignment with our strategic standards. Upon termination, all active routing sequences will immediately cease, and access to the infrastructure will be revoked.
This Terms Protocol is governed by institutional law. Any disputes arising from the deployment of our infrastructure shall be resolved through binding arbitration in our primary operational jurisdiction, overriding local manual litigation processes.
